This large portioned meal features our pastured, free range, antibiotic free heritage turkeys, brined in a apple cider, orange peel, garlic, peppercorn and rosemary bath for 24 hours. Our stuffing is a combination of our organic sourdough, seasonings and our slow simmered chicken broth. The other homemade fixin's such as our gluten free gravy, roasted carrots with our very own honey, creamy mashed potatoes, homemade cranberries sauce with orange & honey and our homemade buns.
Then we are including Bev's most deliciously famous Carrot Cake Cupcake or Triple Chocolate Brownie with Frosting!
