This larger portioned reheat at home meal features our pastured, free range heritage turkeys, brined in an apple cider, orange peel, garlic, peppercorn and rosemary bath for 24 hours.
Our stuffing is a combination of our organic sourdough, seasonings and our slow simmered chicken broth. The other homemade fixin's such as our gravy, oven roasted organic from the farm carrots sweetened withlocal honey. Lynn River Farm mashed potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce with orange & honey and our homemade buns.
Then we are including most deliciously Carrot Cake, Caramel Apple Pie or Pumpkin Pie (with real pumpkins of course and sweetened with maple syrup).
To Reheat: remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Place in preheated oven approx 20-30 mins. Internal temp should reach 165F.
