Frozen Beef Lasagna - Homemade Pasta

Made with fresh pasta and a mix of local beef and pork. 

To bake from frozen: 

small 6x9 lasagnas:  remove plastic lid and cover with foil.  Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven to 350F for approx 1 hour.  Remove foil during last 10mins to brown the top. 

large 9x13 lasagnas:  please allow up to 2 hours at 350F, removing lid during the last 10mins to brown the top as desired.

allow lasagnas to stand about 10mins before serving.
